About Launch
Can I edit the site myself?
Launch is fully managed: you send requests and we make the changes, usually within two business days. It keeps your site consistent and saves you learning another tool.
What if I need more than 1 hour of changes in a month?
No problem — we’ll quote the extra time before doing it. Larger additions, like new sections or features, are quoted as small projects.
Is there a minimum term?
The care plan is billed monthly with a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Do I need to buy a domain?
If you don’t have one yet, we’ll tell you exactly which to buy and connect it for you. The domain is always registered in your name.
