Refunds & Cancellations

Launch

If you cancel before we start building your site, we refund the setup fee in full. Once building has started, the setup fee is non-refundable. Launch Care is billed monthly with a 3-month minimum term; after that you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Custom projects

The first instalment secures your place in our schedule and covers discovery and planning; it is non-refundable once the project has started. If a project is cancelled part-way, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over everything produced so far.

Brand Partnership

Partnerships have a 3-month minimum term and then continue month to month. Cancel any time after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice. Fees already paid for a month in progress are non-refundable.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] with your name and order or project reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days; the amount refunded is the amount charged in TWD.
