Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by 2morrow, a trading name of Yenhui Ltd., a company registered in Taiwan (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a service or signing a proposal, you (“the client”) agree to these terms. A signed proposal or agreement takes precedence where it differs.

1. Services and scope

The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in your proposal or on the relevant service page. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

2. Payments

Launch setup fees are payable upfront. Custom projects are invoiced in instalments as set out in the proposal. Care plans and Brand Partnerships are billed monthly in advance. Card payments are processed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD); prices displayed in other currencies are indicative. Invoices are due within 14 days unless stated otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in time, and confirm you hold the rights to any material you supply. Delays in these may move the project timeline.

4. Ownership

On full payment, you own the final design files, content and custom code created for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and the managed platform used for Launch sites, which is licensed to you while your Launch plan is active. Third-party software, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement. We are happy to sign a separate NDA.

6. Warranties and liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Custom projects include 30 days of post-launch support to fix defects. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question in the preceding twelve months.
